I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

A little more about me...

Theresa, known as T, is from Denver, and graduated from CU Boulder with degrees in Economics and Business. Her passion for travel took her around the globe as a University English (TESOL) teacher, living and traveling in countries such as South Korea, South Africa, and Oman.

After years of exploring and rock climbing around the world, T returned to Colorado with the goal of buying a home and putting down roots. Her career path led her to roles as Director of Operations at a climbing company, remodel project manager, and portfolio manager for real estate investors. Most recently, she ventured into house hacking, adding Airbnb short-term rental expertise to her extensive skill set.

With years of diverse experience in the real estate industry, T is uniquely positioned to help clients achieve their real estate dreams. Her clients benefit from her deep market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and an extensive network of trusted vendors. As a natural connector, T loves bringing people together and has even played matchmaker, introducing several clients to their spouses who now live happily in their dream homes!

When she's not helping clients navigate smooth moves or analyzing great investments, Theresa enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, rock climbing, practicing yoga, or attending music festivals and concerts.
